Are you an experienced leader with a background in the builders merchant industry? We are looking for a dynamic Branch Manager to take charge of our clients busy Broxburn branch.

About the Role:

As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for:

✅ Driving sales and profitability within the branch

✅ Managing a team, ensuring excellent customer service and staff development

✅ Building and maintaining relationships with trade customers and suppliers

✅ Overseeing stock levels, logistics, and branch operations

✅ Ensuring health & safety and compliance standards are met

✔ Previous experience in a branch management or senior sales role within the builders merchants sector

✔ Strong leadership and team management skills

✔ A sales-driven mindset with a customer-first approach

✔ Ability to manage stock, budgets, and operations effectively

✔ Excellent communication and negotiation skills
